At Bolton Technical South Africa, we stand by the quality of our cellular signal boosters and electronic accessories with a commitment to your satisfaction. If your hardware is not performing as expected, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our technical support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our Johannesburg warehouse.

• 2.
  Package Your Hardware

  Securely pack the signal booster, antennas, cables, and power supplies in their original packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Bolton Technical

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a trackable courier service to our designated South African return center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
